Step 1: Order Processing

  • Processing Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Support Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time / GMT-5)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST
    Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on U.S. federal holidays:
New Year’s Day (January 1), Presidents’ Day (February 17), Memorial Day (May 26), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (September 1), Thanksgiving Day (November 27), and Christmas Day (December 25).


Step 2: Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers to deliver your orders efficiently:

  • USPS
  • DHL
  • EMS
  • Local postal services

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package has shipped.


Step 3: Estimated Delivery Time & Shipping Costs

Most U.S. orders typically arrive within 4–9 business days after shipment. Please note that transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Step 4: Shipping Limitations

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Any international locations

Step 5: Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • After 1–2 business days of processing, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
  • You can also visit our Order Tracking page to check your shipment status.

Important: Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear. If no tracking info is available, the carrier may not have scanned your package yet.


Step 6: Customized Orders

Personalized or modified items may require additional design time. Processing duration depends on the complexity of your request. We’ll notify you if your order needs extra time to prepare.


Step 7: Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Returned packages due to address issues
  • Loss or damage after shipment if the package is forwarded or redirected

Returned packages may be discarded by the carrier. A re-shipping fee will be required if you wish to resend an order due to address errors.
