At Umpass, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out—and that’s okay. Whether something arrived not quite right or you simply changed your mind, our return process is designed to be easy, fair, and customer-focused.


How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please reach out to our support team within 180 days of delivering your order. You can contact us via our Contact Us page or directly by emailing [email protected].
To help us process your request quickly, include:

  • The full name on the order
  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem (if applicable)
  • Whether you prefer a replacement or a refund

Please ensure that all information is accurate. We cannot accept returns due to customer errors such as typos, image quality issues, or ordering mistakes.


What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 180 days of delivery
  • Item is not a sale item
  • Product is unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached
  • You include a copy of your sales receipt or invoice

How to Return an Item

  1. Get Approval

  2. Package Your Return
    Include a printout of your order confirmation or receipt in the return package.
  3. Ship It Back
    Use the prepaid label or your local courier/post office. Send us the tracking number to ensure smooth handling.
  4. Confirmation & Refund
    Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and send an email confirmation. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 business days after approval.

Important Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Returns requested after 180 days from delivery
  • Items missing original tags
  • Defects caused by improper use or wear and tear
