- Whether you’d like a refund or a replacement
🚫 Please double-check your order before placing it. We cannot issue returns for customer errors such as typos, low-resolution images, or incorrect item selections.
Eligibility Criteria
We accept returns for non-sale items as long as they meet these conditions:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags are attached
- A sales receipt or order confirmation is provided
- The return is requested within 180 days of delivery
Return Shipping Policy
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
